Owners Description.The house was constructed around 1880 with high ceilings and wooden beams, has 270sqM of floor area, with cellar, small terrace garden (15sqM) and small top balcony (10 sqM). There is new roof covering the entire house (replaced in year 2000) when a new façade was also made (with new entrance door and windows at all floors). The house is a town house (between two other houses but has a terrace and windows also to the sides) and span over ground and three floors above it. It needs a total refurbishment, which we started doing. It seems that the house was not inhabited since the seventies. My architects created the refurbishment plans (which will be provided as part of this sale) and builders were estimating the work required about 45000 Euros . If you are DIY person, there are lots of tasks, of this refurbishment, that could be done leisurely by yourself . Water and electricity is provided just at the front of the house, ready to be connected. The house is connected the town's sewerage and it has a functioning toilet.
